Asik33 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Gaming Platform Usage Guidelines

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the asik33 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy available on this platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the asik33 platform. asik33 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Asik33 services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
• Not currently on a voluntary self-exclusion list or any access restriction program imposed by any regulatory body.

When registering an asik33 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

An identity verification (KYC) process will be conducted as part of asik33's security procedures. You are required to submit valid identification documents upon request. Documents typically required include:

• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. asik33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your password.

Asik33 accepts deposits via multiple approved payment methods, including local bank transfers, DuitNow, FPX, and selected e-wallets. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the Deposit page and may be subject to change at the platform's discretion.
• Deposited funds may only be used by the registered and verified account holder.
• All deposits are subject to verification procedures for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
• Asik33 reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Asik33 is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. As such, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Sharing account information or allowing others to use your account.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or platform systems.
• Attempted money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Spreading false information about the asik33 platform to third parties.

Violations of any of the above may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the offence.

You may close your asik33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to you once all conditions have been met.

Asik33 also reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of the terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant regulatory bodies or legal authorities.

Asik33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. asik33's total liability in any situation is limited to the actual deposit value made by the relevant member within the 30 days prior to the incident.

Asik33 services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. asik33 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free of technical disruptions at all times.
